English translation
The Director-General of Investigations may issue a written or oral caution to a member of the General Department of Investigations who breaches the duties of the post, after hearing that member's statements. The member may lodge a grievance against the written caution before the Minister of Interior within fifteen days from the date of notification of the caution. The Minister's decision in this regard shall be final.

لمدير عام التحقيقات أن يوجه لفت نظر كتابيا أو شفويا إلى عضو الإدارة العامة
للتحقيقات الذي يخل بواجبات وظيفته، وذلك بعد سماع أقواله.
وللعضو أن يتظلم من لفت النظر الكتابي أمام وزير الداخلية خلال خمسة عشر
يوما من تاريخ إخطاره بلفت النظر، ويكون قرار الوزير في ذلك نهائيا.Ask about this article
