The State shall guarantee the right of persons with disabilities to enjoy promotions, employment privileges and bonuses in the governmental, private and oil sectors, and those among them who excel shall have priority therein. Chapter Five Integration into Society Article 18 (1) All official bodies in the State, particularly those concerned with youth and sports affairs, shall take the necessary measures to ensure the establishment of clubs and centres for specialised sporting, cultural and recreational activities in accordance with international specifications for persons with disabilities in all governorates, with the aim of integrating them into society.
