Government and private entities and the oil sector employing at least fifty Kuwaiti workers shall be required to employ vocationally qualified persons with disabilities in a proportion of not less than 4% of their Kuwaiti workers. None of these entities may refuse to appoint nominated persons with disabilities to work for them without an acceptable reason other than disability. The State shall provide incentive programmes for employers employing persons with disabilities in excess of the specified percentages. The Government may provide financial support to entities exceeding these percentages. A decision setting out the conditions of support shall be issued by the competent authority upon the submission of the Authority.

تلتزم الجهات الحكومية والأهلية والقطاع النفطي التي تستخدم خمسين عاملاً
كويتياً على الأقل باستخدام نسبة من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة المؤهلين مهنياً لا
تقل عن ٤٪ من العاملين الكويتيين لديها. ولا يجوز لأي من هذه الجهات رفض
تعيين المرشحين من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة للعمل لديها دون سبب مقبول خلاف
الإعاقة. وتوفر الدولة برامج تحفيزية لجهات العمل التي توظف ما يزيد عن
النسب المحددة من ذوي الإعاقة، ويجوز للحكومة تقديم الدعم المادي للجهات
التي تتجاوز هذه النسب، ويصدر بشروط الدعم قرار من السلطة المختصة بناء
