English translation
The Government shall provide habilitation and training centres, rehabilitation centres and training workshops for persons with disabilities, and seductive care homes for necessary cases in all governorates, and shall staff them with experienced and competent specialised technical personnel, provided that this is done within eight years from the date on which this Law comes into force.
