English translation
The Government shall make all administrative and organizational arrangements required to integrate persons with disabilities, including the two categories of slow learners and persons with learning difficulties, into the various stages of education within educational and rehabilitative curricula that qualify them for integration into society, work and production. It shall also work to provide the necessary support for the care of gifted persons with disabilities.

تتخذ الحكومة كافة الترتيبات الإدارية والتنظيمية المطلوبة لدمج الأشخاص ذوي
الإعاقة بما فيهم فئتي بطيئي التعلم وصعوبات التعلم في مراحل التعليم المختلفة
ضمن مناهج تعليمية وتأهيلية بما يؤهلهم للاندماج في المجتمع والعمل والانتاج.
