The Authority shall, in agreement with the concerned entity, determine the training and rehabilitation stages, the conditions for admitting persons with disabilities to rehabilitation and training centres, and the cases in which exemption from some of these conditions may be granted. It shall also approve vocational rehabilitation certificates, which shall be registered with the Civil Service Bureau and the Manpower Restructuring Programmes and the Executive Apparatus; they shall be given priority in appointment to positions and occupations, provided that the rules for determining the grade of appointment and the conditions for occupying positions prescribed by law are observed.
