Article 15 of Disability Law

The various employing entities shall identify vacant occupations and posts for persons with (1) Amended by Law No. 73 of 2020 Law Index 870 Home Page Disability Law Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning the Rights of Persons with Disabilities disabilities according to their specializations, and submit a periodic statement thereof every six months to the Civil Service Bureau, the Authority, and the Manpower Restructuring Program and Executive Apparatus. The employing entity must make accommodations and prepare a suitable working environment to enable them to integrate into the working environment.
