English translation
The Government shall be obliged to allocate to persons with disabilities a proportion of the places in study missions and scholarships that it provides through all government entities inside and outside Kuwait, in accordance with the conditions and controls issued by a decision of the Authority according to the type and degree of disability.

كافة الجهات الحكومية داخل وخارج الكويت لذوي الإعاقة، وذلك طبقاً للشروط
