The Government shall provide guidance, preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitation services at all health centres and facilities in the country, taking into account the special needs of persons with disabilities, and shall work to reduce the causes of disability before and during pregnancy and after childbirth, and shall secure treatment abroad for them when necessary.

تلتزم الحكومة بتوفير الخدمات الإرشادية والوقائية والعلاجية والتأهيلية بكافة
المراكز والمنشآت الصحية في البلاد وذلك مع مراعاة الاحتياجات الخاصة
للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وتعمل على الحد من أسباب الإعاقة قبل وأثناء الحمل
