Article 6 of Disability Law

The Government shall take all effective administrative and organizational measures to ensure that the State's development plans and programs and the Government's work program encompass all current and future needs and services specific to the category of persons with disabilities. Article 7 (1) The Government shall provide counseling, preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative services at all health centers and facilities in the country, taking into account the special needs of persons with disabilities, shall work to reduce the causes of disability before and during pregnancy and after birth, and shall secure treatment abroad for them when necessary.
