A non-Kuwaiti person with a disability born to a Kuwaiti mother shall, from birth, be treated as a Kuwaiti for life by a decision issued by the Minister of Interior in accordance with Law No. 21 of 2000 amending certain provisions of Amiri Decree No. 15 of 1959 concerning the Kuwaiti Nationality Law.
