English translation
The provisions of this Law shall apply to Kuwaitis with disabilities and shall also apply to the children of a Kuwaiti woman by a non-Kuwaiti, within the limits of the health and educational care and employment rights set forth in this Law. The Authority may decide that some of its provisions shall apply to non-Kuwaitis with disabilities in accordance with such conditions and controls as it deems appropriate, after the approval of the Supreme Council.

تسري أحكام هذا القانون على ذوي الإعاقة من الكويتيين كما تسري على أبناء
الكويتية من غير كويتي وذلك في حدود الرعاية الصحية والتعليمية والحقوق
الوظيفية الواردة في هذا القانون. ويجوز للهيئة أن تقرر سريان بعض أحكامه على
ذوي الإعاقة من غير الكويتيين وفقاً للشروط والضوابط التي تراها بعد موافقة
