English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty provided for by another law, anyone who assumes the status of a disabled person legally entitled to receive certain funds and takes possession of those funds shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years and a fine equal to the value of the funds he took, in addition to being obliged to repay that amount.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا
تتجاوز سبع سنوات وبغرامة مساوية لقيمة ما استولى عليه من مال وذلك فضلا
عن إلزامه برد هذا المبلغ، كل من انتحل صفة معاق يحق له بحكم القانون أن
