English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding one thousand Kuwaiti dinars, or either of these two penalties, shall be imposed on whoever Index of the Law 879 Home Page Disability Law Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning the Rights of Persons with Disabilities uses a disability card without being entitled to do so.
