English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty prescribed by another law, any person who uses parking spaces designated for persons with disabilities without entitlement shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month and a fine not exceeding one hundred dinars, or by either of these two penalties. In the event of repetition, the court may order the withdrawal of the driving licence for a period not exceeding one month.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا
تتجاوز شهراً وبغرامة لا تتجاوز مائة دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل شخص
استخدم المواقف الخاصة بالأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة دون وجه حق. وفي حالة العودة
