English translation
Without prejudice to any more severe penalty provided for in another law, anyone who engages in broadcasting activities without obtaining a broadcasting licence shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year and a fine not less than 5,000 dinars and not exceeding 10,000 dinars, or by either of these penalties. Confiscation of all equipment and devices used must be ordered.

مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون آخر، يعاقب كل من يمارس
أعمال البث من دون الحصول على ترخيص بث بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا
تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين،
