Article 15 of Audiovisual Media Law

The Minister shall issue a decision appointing the employees entrusted with establishing violations of the provisions of the Law, drawing up the reports and procedures relating thereto, and referring them to the competent investigative authorities. In that capacity, they shall have the right to enter broadcasting or rebroadcasting stations to inspect documents and assets and to place any of them under seizure. The Ministry shall have the right to suspend any programme that violates the provisions of this Law.
