English translation
The provisions of the accompanying Law concerning bankruptcy shall be put into effect. The provisions of the laws on Criminal Procedures and Trials, Civil and Commercial Procedure, and Evidence in Civil and Commercial Matters shall apply to matters for which no provision is contained in the accompanying Law.

يعمــل بأحــكام القانــون المرافــق في شــأن الإفلاس، وتسري أحــكام قــوانين الإجــراءات
والمحــاكمات الجزائيــة، والمرافعــات المدنيــة والتجاريــة، والإثبــات في المــواد المدنيــة
