Article 2 الثانيه of Bankruptcy Law

The court competent to declare bankruptcy pursuant to Article 563 of the Commercial Law shall, of its own motion, refer the bankruptcy proceedings, disputes and grievances before it, and all actions arising from bankruptcy, to the Bankruptcy Department in their existing state, without fees. The statements of claim in those actions shall be deemed applications to open bankruptcy declaration proceedings under the accompanying Law and shall be subject to its provisions. Bankruptcy proceedings not completed before this Law enters into force shall also be subject to the procedures contained in the accompanying Law. The circuit established pursuant to Article 15 of the aforementioned Decree-Law No. 2 of 2009 shall, of its own motion, refer applications pending before it to the Bankruptcy Circuit in their existing state, without fees. Restructuring applications submitted to that circuit shall be deemed applications to open restructuring proceedings under the accompanying Law and shall be subject to its provisions. Judgments issued ratifying a restructuring plan issued pursuant to Decree-Law No. 2-2009 shall remain in existence and produce their effects.
