English translation
A bankruptcy court consisting of one or more circuits shall be formed at the seat of the Court of First Instance. A decision specifying its seat shall be issued by the Minister of Justice with the approval of the Supreme Judicial Council. Each circuit shall consist of three deputy presidents of the court selected by the ordinary assembly at the beginning of each judicial year, assisted by a sufficient number of auditors selected by the Authority from among those registered with it. Their competence shall be determined in accordance with the rules set out in the Executive Regulations. The Ministry of Finance shall allocate the financial appropriations necessary for the auditors selected by the Authority pursuant to this Article.

تشكل بمقر المحكمة الكلية محكمة إفلاس تتألف من دائرة أو أكثر، يصدر بتحديد
مقرها قرار من وزير العدل بموافقة المجلس الأعلى للقضاء ، تتكون كل دائرة
من ثلاثة من الوكلاء بالمحكمة تختارهم الجمعية العادية في بداية كل عام قضائي،
يعاونها عدد كاف من مراقبي الحسابات تختارهم الهيئة من بين المسجلين لديها،
