English translation
Subject to the powers conferred under this Law upon the Bankruptcy Judge, the Bankruptcy Court shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate disputes arising from the application of this Law and to decide on Law Index 1386 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 promulgating the Bankruptcy Law applications submitted to it in accordance with its provisions. The auditors assisting the court shall undertake accounting, financial and economic expert work in every matter in which the court considers it appropriate to seek the assistance of an expert.

محكمة الإفلاس بالفصل في المنازعات التي تنشأ عن تطبيق هذا القانون والبت في
الطلبات التي تقدم إليها وفقاً لأحكامه ويتولى مراقبو الحسابات المعاونين للمحكمة
القيام بأعمال الخبرة المحاسبية والمالية والاقتصادية في كل مسألة ترى فيها المحكمة
