English translation
Judgments issued by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to this Law shall be enforceable on the basis of their draft and without service. No objection to their enforcement may be raised, nor may their enforcement be stayed except by a judgment issued by the Court of Appeal on an application for a stay of enforcement submitted in the statement of appeal against the judgment or during the Court of Appeal’s consideration of the appeal. تكون الأحكام الصادرة عن محكمة الإفلاس وفقاً لهذا القانون واجبة التنفيذ
بموجب مسودتها وبدون إعلان ، ولا يجوز الإشكال فيها ، كما لا يجوز وقف
تنفيذها إلا بموجب حكم يصدر عن محكمة الاستئناف في طلب بوقف التنفيذ
مقدم بصحيفة الطعن على الحكم أو أثناء نظر محكمة الاستئناف للطعن.
