Article 8 of Bankruptcy Law

Decisions issued by the Bankruptcy Judge pursuant to this Law shall constitute enforceable instruments, and the Bankruptcy Department shall affix the executory formula thereto in accordance with the procedures provided for in the Law. They shall be enforceable immediately upon issuance and without service. No objection to enforcement of these decisions may be raised, nor may their enforcement be stayed except pursuant to a decision issued to that effect by the Bankruptcy Judge or pursuant to a judgment issued by the Court of Appeal on an application to stay enforcement of the decision submitted in the petition appealing the decision or during the Court of Appeal's consideration of the appeal.
