Article 11 of Bankruptcy Law

By a decision of the Minister, one or more committees called the Bankruptcy Committee shall be formed, consisting of at least three members from among persons who may perform the functions of trustees in accordance with this Law. The committee may complete other members with expertise in financial, legal or economic affairs. The decision forming the committee shall specify its chairman and deputy chairman, its term and working system, the implementing and procedural rules enabling it to exercise its powers, and the remuneration prescribed for its members. The committee shall have an administrative working team to assist it in accomplishing its tasks, appointed or seconded by a decision of the Minister. The committee may seek the assistance of persons it considers to possess expertise and specialization to assist it in its work. Such assistance shall not be remunerated except pursuant to a decision of the Minister. The Ministry of Finance shall allocate the financial appropriations necessary for the committee.
