Article 9 of Bankruptcy Law

(1) Receiving and registering applications submitted under the provisions of this Law. (2) Directing notifications to the persons concerned under the provisions of this Law. Verifying that applications for preventive settlement, restructuring and declaration of bankruptcy, and any applications submitted pursuant to this Law, contain the information, data and documents stipulated in this Law. (4) Issuing all decisions falling within the bankruptcy judge’s competence under this Law, notifying the persons concerned thereof, announcing them and publishing them. e Monitoring the management of the debtor’s assets and business and the expeditious conduct of proceedings, and taking the necessary precautionary measures, as set out in this Law. (6) Meeting with creditors to discuss with them matters that the bankruptcy judge deems appropriate to put before them. The bankruptcy judge or his delegate shall chair this type of meeting.
