The Bankruptcy Department shall present all applications, notifications, grievances and memoranda submitted to it to the head of the Department or his deputy immediately upon their receipt, for him to take such action regarding them as he considers appropriate. If the matter relates to a proceeding before the bankruptcy judge, the Department shall present them to him no later than the working day following the date of their receipt, for him to take such action regarding them as he considers appropriate. على إدارة الإفلاس عرض جميع الطلبات والإخطارات والتظلمات والمذكرات المقدمة
لها على رئيس الإدارة أو من ينوب عنه فور ورودها ليتخذ ما يراه بشأنها، وإذا كان
الموضوع متعلقاً بإجراء معروض على قاضي الإفلاس، فعلى الإدارة عرضها عليه
خلال موعد أقصاه يوم العمل التالي لتاريخ ورودها ليتخذ ما يراه بشأنها.
