If the debtor is a company, an application may be submitted concerning its debts even if it is in liquidation or a judgment has been issued invalidating it and it has continued as a de facto company. Submission of the application shall result in a stay of actions whose subject matter is liquidation of the company or placing it under judicial receivership, pending determination of the application, unless the Bankruptcy Judge decides otherwise. إذا كان المدين شركة، فيجوز تقديم الطلب بشأن ديونها وإن كانت في حالة تصفية
أو حكم بإبطالها واستمرت كشركة واقع.
ويترتب على تقديم الطلب وقف الدعاوى التي يكون موضوعها تصفية الشركة
أو وضعها تحت الحراسة القضائية وقفاً تعليقياً لحين البت فيه، وذلك ما لم يقرر
قاضي الإفلاس غير ذلك.
