If the creditor withdraws the demand for his debt because that debt has been settled or an agreement has been reached with the debtor to defer its repayment, or for any other reason, the debtor shall not be expressed as having ceased payment. إذا عدل الدائن عن المطالبة بدينه بسبب تسوية ذلك الدين أو الاتفاق مع المدين
على تأجيل سداده أو لأي سبب آخر ، فلا يعبر المدين متوقفاً عن الدفع.
