Article 185 of Bankruptcy Law

The trustee shall, within ten days of the creditors’ approval or rejection of the liquidation and distribution plan, notify the Bankruptcy Department thereof, and shall attach to the notification the plan presented to the creditors, the minutes of the creditors’ meetings, and evidence of attendance and voting. If the plan is approved, the trustee shall request its ratification by the bankruptcy judge. If the creditors reject the plan, the bankruptcy judge shall, within ten days of the date on which the Bankruptcy Department is notified thereof, assign the Bankruptcy Committee—if the indebtedness is subject to its supervision—to make the necessary amendments to the plan in light of the creditors’ observations and the trustee’s opinion and in a manner that achieves the creditors’ common interest, or to submit an alternative plan, within the period specified by the judge. In all cases, the bankruptcy judge shall issue a decision ratifying the plan within ten days of the date on which the Bankruptcy Department is notified of it.
