The trustee shall invite the creditors to approve the liquidation plan by a notice containing the date and place of the meeting, provided that it is held no later than one month from the date of notifying the representative of the creditors’ committee and the committee members or the creditors of the plan and its annexes. With the approval of the required majority, one of the creditors or another person may be appointed to chair the meeting if there are reasons justifying this. The trustee shall also invite the Bankruptcy Committee within the period specified in the preceding paragraph if the indebtedness is subject to its supervision. If the trustee refrains from convening the meeting in the manner specified in the first paragraph of this Article, the bankruptcy judge shall, upon an application submitted to him by a creditor, task the Bankruptcy Committee, even if the indebtedness is not subject to its supervision, with calling a meeting of the creditors. The person delegated by the Bankruptcy Committee from among its members shall chair the meeting.
