Article 184 of Bankruptcy Law

Minutes shall be drawn up recording what took place at the meeting to vote on the liquidation and distribution plan, and shall be signed by the trustee, the person who chaired the meeting, the creditors present who are entitled to vote, and the representative of the creditors’ committee. If a creditor refuses to sign, his name and the reason for his refusal to sign shall be stated in the minutes. If attendance is through modern means of communication, the trustee must sign the minutes together with a representative of the Bankruptcy Committee, as the case may be.
