Article 183 of Bankruptcy Law

Only creditors whose debts have been admitted, even provisionally, may participate in voting on the liquidation and distribution plan. The liquidation and distribution plan shall have obtained the creditors' approval if the required majority approves it. If the plan does not obtain the approval of the required majority at the first meeting of creditors, the meeting shall be adjourned for ten days to a second meeting held to vote on the plan. If no settlement is reached with the creditors who did not approve the plan, and the plan does not obtain the approval of the required majority at the adjourned meeting, this shall constitute rejection of the liquidation and distribution plan.
