Article 180 of Bankruptcy Law

The trustee shall draw up a plan for liquidating the debtor’s assets and distributing them among the creditors, provided that he completes the preparation of that plan and notifies the representative of the creditors’ committee, the committee members, and the creditors—in the event that no creditors’ committee has been formed—and the Bankruptcy Department and the Bankruptcy Committee, if the indebtedness is subject to its supervision, within one month from the date of the creditors’ meeting. The bankruptcy judge may, at the trustee’s request, extend this period by a maximum of three months.
