English translation
If, before the judgment declaring bankruptcy becomes final, the debtor becomes able to pay all debts due from him, the Court of Appeal may, at the request of the debtor or the trustee, grant the debtor a period to reach a settlement with his creditors or stay the appeal for such period as it considers appropriate. If a settlement is agreed upon, it shall be submitted to the court for approval and cancellation of the judgment declaring bankruptcy, provided that the debtor bears the costs of the action. إذا صار المدين، قبل أن يصبح حكم شهر الإفلاس نهائياً، قادراً على الوفاء بجميع
ما هو مستحق عليه من ديون، يجوز لمحكمة الاستئناف، بناء على طلب المدين أو
الأمين، أن تمنح المدين أجلاً للوصول إلى تسوية مع دائنيه أو وقف الطعـن للـمـدة
التي تراها ملائمة، فإن تم الاتفاق على التسوية يتم تقديمها للمحكمة لاعتمادها
