English translation
The bankruptcy judge may, on the judge's own initiative or at the request of the Public Prosecution or the trustee, decide to place the bankrupt under surveillance. The Public Prosecution shall implement this decision immediately upon its issuance. The bankrupt may challenge this decision before the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with this Law, and the bankruptcy judge may decide at any time to lift the surveillance of the bankrupt.

يجوز لقاضي الإفلاس، من تلقاء نفسه أو بناء على طلب النيابة العامة أو الأمين، أن
يقرر وضع المفلس تحت المراقبة، وتقوم النيابة العامة بتنفيذ هذا القرار فور صدوره،
وللمفلس أن يطعن على هذا القرار أمام محكمة الإفلاس وفقاً لهذا القانون، ويجوز
