Article 174 of Bankruptcy Law

Temporarily deprived of exercising political rights, of membership in parliamentary councils or professional councils, of holding a public office or assignment, or of being a member of the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the boards of directors of cooperative societies, federations Index of the Law 1428 Home Page Bankruptcy Law Law No. 71 of 2020 issuing the Bankruptcy Law and sports clubs, or a manager or member of the board of directors of any company, shall be every person against whom a final and irrevocable judgment has been rendered for committing one of the offences of fraudulent bankruptcy, until that person is rehabilitated in accordance with the law.
