In addition to the provisions contained in this Chapter, the effects arising from the issuance of the decision opening bankruptcy declaration proceedings pursuant to this Law shall continue to apply to the bankrupt, and the provisions contained in Part Six of this Law shall also apply to his bankruptcy.
