English translation
With the permission of the bankruptcy judge, the debtor may engage in a new trade using funds other than those of the bankruptcy estate, provided that this does not cause harm to creditors. Creditors whose debts arise in connection with that trade shall have priority in satisfying their rights from its assets.

يجوز للمدين بإذن من قاضي الإفلاس، أن يمارس تجارة جديدة بغير أموال التفليسة،
بشرط ألا يترتب على ذلك ضرر للدائنين، ويكون للدائنين الذين تنشأ ديونهم بمناسبة
