English translation
The agency shall terminate upon issuance of a decision opening proceedings for declaration of the bankruptcy of the agent or the principal. However, it shall not terminate upon issuance of a decision opening proceedings for declaration of bankruptcy if the agent or a third party has an interest in it. تنقضي الوكالة بصدور قرار افتتاح إجراءات شهر إفلاس الوكيل أو إفلاس الموكل،
ومع ذلك لا تنقضي بصدور قرار بافتتاح إجراءات شهر الإفلاس إذا كان للوكيل
أو للغير مصلحة فيها.
وبمجرد صدور قرار افتتاح إجراءات شهر الإفلاس لا يجوز للمدين أن يكون
