Article 166 of Bankruptcy Law

After a decision opening bankruptcy declaration proceedings has been issued, no action may be brought against the debtor or continued, except for the following actions: 1 . Actions relating to property and dispositions to which the debtor's divestment of control does not extend. . Actions relating to the procedures provided for in this Law which the law permits him to institute or to be a party to. . Criminal actions. If the debtor brings, or there is brought against him, a criminal action or an action relating to his person or his personal status, the trustee must be joined therein if it includes financial claims. The court may authorize the joinder of the debtor in actions relating to bankruptcy declaration proceedings, and may also authorize the joinder of a creditor in these actions if he has a special interest therein.
