English translation
If the debtor is obligated to pay a periodic annuity for life or to fulfil undertakings payable in instalments, and this is in return for consideration, the bankruptcy judge may, upon the creditor's request, after hearing the trustee's opinion and within ten days from the date of submission of the request, order that a sum sufficient to satisfy the said annuities and instalments be set aside, specifying the manner of their payment.

إذا كان المدين ملتزماً بدفع مرتب دوري مدى الحياة أو بالوفاء بتعهدات مقسطة،
وكان ذلك مقابل عوض ، جاز لقاضي الإفلاس بناء على طلب الدائن أن يأمر ، بعد
سماع رأي الأمين، وخلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ تقديم الطلب، بتجنيب مبلغ كاف
