Article 162 of Bankruptcy Law

If a disposition is adjudged ineffective against creditors, the transferee shall be obliged to return to the debtor or the trustee, as the case may be, what he received from the debtor pursuant to that disposition, or the value of that thing at the time of receipt if its return in kind is impossible. He shall also be obliged to pay interest on what he received, or its fruits, from the date of receipt. The transferee shall have the right to recover the consideration he provided to the debtor if that consideration is found in kind in the administration of the debtor's assets. If it is not found, the transferee shall have the right to claim from the debtor and the creditors the benefit that accrued to them from the disposition and to participate in the proceedings as an unsecured creditor for any excess.
