Article 160 of Bankruptcy Law

Actions brought on the basis of the two preceding Articles shall be time-barred upon the lapse of one year from the date of publication of the decision opening the proceedings. And the Bankruptcy Court may dismiss those actions if it finds that the debtor carried out the disposition in good faith and for the purpose of conducting his business, and that, when he did so, there were grounds for believing that the disposition could benefit his business.
