Article 161 of Bankruptcy Law

The trustee may request that a disposition made by the debtor before the issuance of the decision opening bankruptcy declaration proceedings, to the detriment of creditors, be declared ineffective pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code concerning an action for the ineffectiveness of dispositions. A judgment declaring the disposition ineffective shall render it ineffective against all the creditors, whether their rights arose before the disbursement occurred or after it occurred.
