Article 165 of Bankruptcy Law

The bankruptcy judge may, at the request of the debtor or his dependants and after hearing the trustee's statements, determine a maintenance allowance for the debtor in respect of whose indebtedness a decision has been issued opening bankruptcy declaration proceedings, or whose business and property have been placed under the management of a trustee. He may increase or decrease the amount of the allowance or order its cancellation as circumstances require. Section Four New and Pending Judicial Actions
