English translation
Annulment of the composition results in the discharge of the good-faith guarantor who guarantees performance of the terms of the composition. Rescission of the composition does not result in the discharge of the guarantor who guarantees performance of its terms, and this guarantor must be summoned to attend the hearing at which the application for rescission of the composition is considered.

يترتب على إبطال الصلح براءة ذمة الكفيل حسن النية الذي يضمن تنفيذ شروط
الصلح، ولا يترتب على فسخ الصلح براءة ذمة الكفيل الذي يضمن تنفيذ شروطه،
