English translation
The Bankruptcy Court shall rule on the application within ten days from the date of the first hearing for its consideration. If the Court rules that the composition is void or rescinded, the Bankruptcy Administration shall, within ten days from the date of issuance of the judgment, publish a summary of that judgment, give notice of it, and register it.

تحكم محكمة الإفلاس في الطلب خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ الجلسة الأولي لنظره.
وإذا قضت المحكمة ببطلان الصلح أو فسخه تقوم إدارة الإفلاس خلال عشرة أيام
