Article 216 of Bankruptcy Law

The decision accepting the application and referring it to the Bankruptcy Court shall be published, formally notified and registered, and the debtor, creditors, trustee and Bankruptcy Committee shall be notified thereof within ten days from the date of its issuance. The bankruptcy trustee shall resume administration of the debtor’s assets as of the day following the date of its issuance. If his return is impossible because of his withdrawal or for any other reason, the bankruptcy judge shall appoint another trustee in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
