Article 215 of Bankruptcy Law

If the application and its attachments reveal on their face that it is serious, the Bankruptcy Judge shall issue a decision accepting it within ten days from the date of expiry of the period specified in the second paragraph of the preceding Article and refer the application file to the Bankruptcy Court, accompanied by a report on the application and the procedures taken in respect thereof. The trustee shall, in the presence of the Bankruptcy Judge or whomever the Judge delegates for that purpose, within ten days of the issuance of the decision referred to in the preceding paragraph, prepare a supplementary inventory of the bankrupt's assets and draw up an additional balance sheet.
