Article 212 of Bankruptcy Law

The composition shall be invalidated if either of the following two cases occurs: 1. If, after its ratification or after issuance of the decision terminating the bankruptcy proceedings by composition, a judgment is rendered convicting the bankrupt of one of the fraudulent bankruptcy offences. . If, after its ratification or after issuance of a decision terminating the bankruptcy proceedings by composition, fraud arising from concealment of the bankrupt’s assets or exaggeration of his debts is discovered, in which case annulment of the composition must be sought within three years from the date of knowledge of the fraud.
